Job Responsibilities
- Receives and processes telecommunications service contracts concluded in the MSMS system and in paper form by the Agent Relations Service of Tashkent City and Regional Units, Regional Sales Offices, and the Corporate Customer Relations Service;
- Implements measures aimed at improving the quality of verification of subscriber contracts for telecommunications, broadband Internet, and additional services;
- Monitors the verification process of subscriber contracts for telecommunications, broadband Internet, and additional services;
- Identifies and marks errors found in the network folder (KB) based on the accepted contracts;
- Verifies the availability of supporting documents attached in the MSMS system, checks the accuracy and consistency of subscriber information contained in the attached documents, and records identified errors in the KB report register;
- Prepares weekly reports on agent outlets in the MSMS and SBMS systems and resolves issues arising in the MSMS and SBMS systems;
- Prepares documentation packages concerning incorrect registration;
- Completes Form 1 reports for the collection of penalties for violations of subscriber contract terms and submits them to the Accounting Department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Higher education;
- Practical experience as a proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Jira, MSMS, and SBMS software, as well as knowledge of computer programs used in the workplace;
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and regulatory documents relevant to the position.
