Lead Engineer (Power Supply and HVAC)

Job Responsibilities

- Organize the installation of transformer substations planned for deployment at new base stations and conclude the relevant agreements with Hududiy Elektr Tarmoqlari JSC for their connection to the electrical grid.

- Review and verify the calculations of cost estimates attached to contracts based on the scope of work and ShNK (Construction Norms and Regulations) requirements, and monitor the timely and high-quality execution of works under such contracts.

- Review and process completion certificates (Form 2) for performed works based on the actual scope of work and ShNK requirements.

- Monitor the timely payment to contractors in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contracts.

- Review and monitor the conditions and requirements for connecting sites selected for the installation of new base stations to electrical networks.

- Coordinate and work jointly with energy personnel responsible for field visits to designated search positions at regional network facilities.

- Introduce into the system new energy-efficient, safe, and high-performance equipment and solutions developed in the field of HVAC and climate control.

- Maintain, prepare, and submit to management, in accordance with established procedures and within the required timeframes, all reports related to the procurement, acceptance, distribution to network facilities, and installation of HVAC equipment at sites.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Higher technical education and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.

- Knowledge of regulatory documents, instructions, and methodological guidelines related to work procedures.

- Knowledge of the fundamentals of electrical engineering.

- Knowledge of procedures for maintaining technical documentation.

- Knowledge of the rules for performing work in areas located near electrical transmission lines.
