Job responsibilities:

-      Participating in ensuring the lawfulness of the activities of the Company and its structural units and their officials.

-      Participating in the conduct of claims and litigation work within the Company.

-      Protecting the Company's property and other interests before courts and other authorities.

-      Providing day-to-day written and verbal legal advice to employees and assisting in the development of legal documents.

-      Keeping Company employees informed of changes in applicable legislation.

Required skills and qualifications:

-      Higher legal education.

-      Over 3 years of experience in the legal field.

-      Ability to organise the rule of law and legality in the Company's law enforcement activities.

-      Sound knowledge of civil, commercial procedural, labour and corporate legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

-      Skills in drafting and reviewing contracts and supplementary agreements, and providing legal opinions and recommendations thereon.

-      Skills in conducting claims, pre-trial and litigation proceedings, preparing procedural documents, and representing the Company's interests in court.

-      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-      Knowledge of Uzbek and Russian; knowledge of English is an advantage.
