Job responsibilities:

·  Lead the development and implementation of the Company's short-, medium-, and long-term development strategy.

·  Ensure effective collaboration among divisions, departments, and business units to achieve the Company's strategic objectives.

·  Coordinate the implementation of strategic initiatives, oversee employees' performance, and provide guidance in resolving complex issues.

·  Analyze global best practices and introduce innovative solutions to enhance the Company's competitiveness.

·  Support strategic decision-making through comprehensive analysis of internal and external market conditions.

·  Develop and apply financial models to ensure the Company's financial sustainability.

·  Monitor the implementation of strategic objectives on a regular basis and ensure timely reporting.

·  Continuously update and enhance the Company's strategy based on new information to maintain its relevance.

·  Conduct plan-versus-actual analysis of projects and strategic initiatives and assess their impact on the Company's performance.

·  Prepare reports and analytical materials for the Company's management on the implementation of the strategy.

·  Develop practical recommendations for the further enhancement of the Company's strategy.

·  Manage the activities of the Strategy Division's employees, allocate responsibilities, and support their professional development.

·  Organize employee training and professional development programs.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Provide leadership and direction to the team.

·  Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods, basic financial modeling tools.

·  Experience in developing financial models and business plans.

·  Experience in strategic projects or business consulting.

·  Experience of at least 3 years in strategic planning, financial analysis or business analytics.

·  Skills in working with analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

·  Excellent knowledge of Uzbek, English and Russian languages

·  Higher education in economics, finance, management or business analysis.

Certifications

·  Financial and strategic certificates: CFA, CFM, FMVA, CIMA.

Personal Qualities:

·  Ability to work with large volumes of data, prepare reports and presentations.

·  Communication skills, ability to work in a multitasking environment.

·  Attention to detail, ability to analyze and interpret data for strategic purposes.
