Functional area: financial analytics and investment materials
Job responsibilities:
- Collect, validate and systematize the Company’s financial and operating indicators;
- Analyze revenue, EBITDA, EBITDA margin, CAPEX, cash flow, net debt, Net Debt / EBITDA and working capital;
- Prepare quarterly and annual investor presentations, fact sheets, financial highlights and other materials;
- Develop and update financial models, forecasts, scenario analyses and sensitivity analyses;
- Perform peer benchmarking and valuation multiple analysis of telecommunications companies;
- Support the development of the Company’s equity story, investment theses and key financial messages;
- Prepare responses to investors, analysts and advisers, as well as Q&A and briefing materials for management;
- Check consistency across IFRS reporting, management reporting, the business plan and investor materials;
- Coordinate data collection and validation with Finance, Strategy, Commercial, Technical and other functions;
- Support due diligence, valuation, prospectus and other IPO/SPO transaction materials;
- Maintain the IR KPI dictionary, historical database and analytical dashboards;
- Prepare accurate and presentation-ready materials in Uzbek, Russian and English.
Knowledge and skills:
- Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, investments, mathematics or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, IR, investment banking, Big Four, equity research or strategy;
- Good understanding of the three primary financial statements and IFRS principles;
- Practical skills in financial modelling, business valuation and investment analysis;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or other analytical tools are an advantage;
- Understanding of capital markets, the IPO/SPO process and investor information needs;
- Experience in a public company, telecommunications or another highly regulated sector is preferred;
- Fluency in Uzbek and Russian and English proficiency of at least B2+, preferably C1.
Certifications:
- CFA, ACCA, CIMA, DipIFR, FMVA or other relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
