Functional area: investor engagement and IR infrastructure
Job responsibilities:
- Maintain a database of investors, analysts, investment banks and other capital-market participants;
- Plan and organize investor meetings, calls, roadshows, conferences and Company site visits;
- Prepare agendas, briefing packs, presentations, Q&A, meeting notes and follow-up action lists;
- Log investor and adviser requests, route them to responsible functions and monitor timely responses;
- Draft formal correspondence, invitations, follow-up letters and other communications in Uzbek, Russian and English;
- Prepare management for investor meetings and coordinate key messages;
- Systematize investor feedback, key questions and market expectations and report them to management;
- Maintain IR communication channels, the shared mailbox, contact history and the investor engagement tracker;
- Update the IR website section, investor calendar and event information together with responsible functions;
- Coordinate operational interaction with underwriters, brokers, legal and financial advisers during the IPO/SPO process;
- Comply with confidentiality, approved communication protocols and requirements preventing selective disclosure;
- Monitor IR engagement KPIs, including meetings, requests, response times and other relevant indicators.
Knowledge and skills:
- Higher education in economics, finance, management, international business, communications or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in IR, business development, key account management, corporate communications or capital markets;
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Financial literacy sufficient to understand financial statements and key IR indicators;
- Experience organizing meetings, events and multi-stakeholder processes;
- Proficiency in CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, calendar and task-tracking tools;
- Experience in a public company, telecommunications, financial services or an international organization is preferred;
- Fluency in Uzbek and Russian and English proficiency of at least B2+, preferably C1.
Certifications:
- Certifications in investor relations, project management, capital markets or business communications will be an advantage.
