Job Responsibilities:
- Delivering documents of state management and supervisory bodies on the Directorate's functional matters to the Company's branches and enterprises, and monitoring their implementation.
- Participating in the preparation of the Company's orders and directives within the rights granted to the Directorate.
- Participating in the collection and analysis of information from the Company's branches that is necessary for the Directorate's activities.
- Obtaining from branch employees the data and reports necessary for the Directorate's activities on the construction, reconstruction, and technical re-equipment of telecommunication networks and facilities.
- Compiling the Company's targeted construction list by analyzing and summarizing projects for the construction, reconstruction, and technical re-equipment of telecommunication networks and facilities, and the capital investments allocated to them.
- Monitoring the utilization of capital investments for work performed under the projects included in the Company's targeted construction list, and preparing analytical data and reports.
- Taking appropriate measures, when necessary, to amend the Company's targeted construction list.
- Coordinating the submission of facilities whose construction has been completed by the Company's branches to acceptance commissions.
- Participating in summarizing the Directorate's results for each quarter and for the year.
- Maintaining a zero-tolerance stance toward any manifestations of corruption.
- Conducting business telephone communication exclusively via official office phone numbers and corporate mobile numbers provided by the Company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A specialist with a higher technical education and at least two years of work experience as a Category I Engineer is accepted for this position.
Must Know:
- Regulatory and legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, current regulatory documents in the field of information technologies and communications, and urban planning norms and regulations.
- Current organizational and administrative documents of the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Current organizational, administrative, and regulatory documents of the Company.
- Specific features of the Company's activities and its development prospects.
- Fundamentals of economics and construction management.
- Fundamentals of labor legislation.
- Occupational health and fire safety rules and norms.
- Internal labor regulations.
- The Company's quality policy and objectives.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Personal Qualities:
- Ability to work with large amounts of data, prepare reports, and create presentations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment.
- Attentiveness, along with the ability to analyze information and develop proposals.
- Responsibility, stress tolerance, and the capacity to perform under a high workload.
