Job responsibilities:

·  Participate in organizing the Company's transformation processes and facilitate collaboration among divisions, departments, and business units.

·  Support the preparation of information required to coordinate transformation-related activities.

·  Participate in the preparation of materials on transformation and ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) matters for government regulators, international organizations, and financial institutions.

·  Support collaboration with external consultants, including KPMG, PwC, EY, and Deloitte.

·  Participate in the implementation of Change Management processes.

·  Assist in monitoring task execution, compliance with deadlines, and the quality of deliverables.

·  Prepare reports and analytical materials related to transformation initiatives.

·  Participate in the preparation of ESG reports in accordance with international standards.

·  Support digital transformation initiatives and the modernization of business processes.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Experience in participating in digital transformation projects (advantage).

·  Possession of certificates confirming portfolio management, privite equity and financial skills (advantage).

·  Basic knowledge in the field of change management, project governance, and interaction with state regulators.

·  Skills in working with project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, Jira.

·  Ability to analyze large volumes of data and prepare reports.

·  Multitasking and ability to work within established deadlines.

·  Collaboration and effective communication skills.

·  Responsibility and result-oriented approach.

·  Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

·  At least 1 year of experience in financial analysis or business analysis.

·  Excellent knowledge of Uzbek, English, and Russian languages.

·  Higher education in economics, finance, management, or business analysis.

·  Skills in cooperation with international consultants and firms.

·  Basic skills in working with contracts at all stages of their life cycle (drafting, negotiation).

·  Knowledge of international ESG standards (GRI, SASB) and principles of sustainable development.

·  Participation in the collection, analysis, and structuring of ESG data for reporting purposes.

Personal Qualities:

·  Ability to work with large volumes of data, prepare reports and presentations.

·  Communication skills, ability to work in a multitasking environment.

·  Attention to detail, ability to analyze and interpret data for transformation purposes.

·  Responsibility, stress tolerance, ability to work under high workload conditions.
