Position responsibilities:

– Regular analysis of the telecommunications market and competitors' activities;
– Collection and analysis of statistical data on subscriber base, traffic, and service usage;
– Evaluation of existing service efficiency and providing optimization recommendations;
– Analysis of revenues, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
– Participation in the development of business growth strategies;
– Development and implementation of projects in cooperation with marketing and technical departments;
– Preparation of reports, presentations, and analytical materials;
– Evaluation of the economic efficiency of investment projects;
– Monitoring trends and innovations in telecommunications services.

 

Required skills and qualification:

– Higher education (Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or IT);

– Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with large datasets;

– Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software;

– Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);

– Experience in preparing business plans, reports, and presentations;

– General knowledge of the telecommunications market and services;

– Experience working with KPIs and financial metrics;

– Proficiency in Uzbek and Russian; English is an advantage;

– Teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills;

– Responsibility, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.

 

Certifications

- Having one of the following certificates will be an advantage: CIA, CRMA, ACCA (Papers F1–F9), DipIFR, CIMA, DipCPIA, CISA.
