Audio and video selector meeting sector
Job responsibilities:
- Organizes the technical operation of audio and video conferencing equipment in accordance with the requirements and recommendations set forth in the regulatory documents of the network in order to ensure continuous and high-quality operation.
- Provides scheduled and unscheduled audio and video conferencing services based on Company and Branch assignments.
- Conducts technical checks before audio and video conference sessions.
- Conducts timely and high quality audio and video conferencing sessions.
- Participates in the review of technical projects, development of technical tasks for the design and reconstruction of new and existing audio and video conferencing systems.
- Takes into account and analyzes quality indicators of audio and video conferencing equipment, determines the causes of unstable operation of telecommunication equipment and channels. Participates in the elimination of complex injuries and accidents, reports verbally or electronically to the Head of the Sector when it is not possible to quickly eliminate the identified deficiencies.
- Participates in technical inspection of mobile studios organized for audio and video conference sessions on the basis of Company and Branch assignments.
- Monitors the operation of audio and video conferencing equipment and software.
- Fulfills the requirements of current manuals and regulatory documents on the technical use of audio and video conferencing systems.
- Performs timely preventive maintenance on connected devices in accordance with the requirements and recommendations set forth in the regulatory documents of the network.
- Constantly improves his knowledge and business skills.
- Ensures the timely and reliable maintenance of reporting data of the sector.
- Communicates over the phone regarding work using service phone numbers and service mobile numbers provided by the Company.
Required skills and qualifications:
- A specialist with a secondary specialized vocational education will be appointed, without any requirements for work experience.
- Procedure for organizing maintenance of equipment in the sector, features of repair and adjustment methods, detection and repair of damage to fixed equipment;
- technological norms, rules, instructions, methods of technical operation of serviced equipment, channels and transmission tracts;
- methods of measuring parameters and adjusting fixed equipment;
- performance characteristics of testing, checking and measuring devices;
- procedure for maintaining and formalizing production documents;
- quality policies and objectives.
- Knowledge of Russian is desirable.
Working conditions:
- Official employment under an employment contract.
- Working week: 5 days (Monday-Friday), day off – Saturday, Sunday.
- Working hours: Monday-Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 (with a lunch break).
- Vacation and other social guarantees in accordance with the Labor Code.
- Work activities may require travel or on-site inspection of the facility.
