  • Within the framework of these tariff plans, the start of charging the subscription fee (hereinafter - AP) is carried out with an accuracy of up to a second according to the billing period of the AP for each Subscriber individually, and not according to a single schedule. The time for writing off AP within the TP is not fixed and depends on the time of provision of access to services. The AP billing period is calculated without reference to the 1st day of the calendar month, from the date on which the Subscriber was granted access to the services. The settlement date is the starting point for accruing AP for the Subscriber's billing period. For example, if the Subscriber joined the tariff plan on the 10th day, then the next monthly AP is debited on the 10th day of the next month/year, provided that there are sufficient funds in the Subscriber’s personal account for the AP on the TP. If the Subscriber connected on August 31, then the next attempt to remove the AP will be initiated on September 30.
  • Mobile traffic for using the service is provided only for GSM mobile subscribers of Uzbektelecom JSC (with the exception of a series of M2M tariff plans) on Start, Ultra, Premium, Start+, Ultra+, Premium+ tariff plans, using the number specified during registration. Upon termination of mobile traffic, subsequent charging of mobile traffic will be carried out in accordance with the terms of the tariff plan used or connected Internet packages.
  • Mobile traffic is provided until the billing period for the tariff plan expires; unused traffic does not transfer to the next billing period and is cancelled.
  • Changing the tariff plan is available provided that the filled capacity of the existing disk is less than the volume provided under the new tariff plan, regardless of the validity period of the activated tariff plan. The volumes of provided disk space do not add up. The amount written off for activating the tariff plan is not subject to return and/or recalculation.
  • If you change your tariff plan before the end of the current billing period, the unused mobile traffic of the previous tariff plan is canceled and cannot be returned. From the moment of the change, the full volume of traffic is provided within the new tariff plan, while the new settlement date is shifted to the date of the tariff plan change.
  • After the billing period for the tariff plan:
  • - if there is a sufficient balance on the personal account to write off the AP, the service is automatically extended for a new billing period;
  • - if the balance is insufficient to write off the AP and automatically renew the service, Subscribers are given the opportunity to unload the files available on the disk space within 30 calendar days, after which access to the disk space will be completely limited. From the moment access to disk space is completely restricted, Subscribers are given the opportunity to make payments and activate their account within 30 days. If activation is not completed within the specified time, the disk space is deleted without the possibility of restoring the stored data;
  • To avoid spending other Internet packages, after connecting to the service, you must end the previous Internet session by turning off mobile data, then turn on the Internet session again.
  • Use of the service is available on the website and mobile application.
  • The service provides the ability to register an unlimited number of devices per account.
  • If the allocated volume is reached, the provision of the service in terms of download functionality is limited.
  • After connecting to the Service, the Subscriber receives the right to use the allocated disk space and built-in functionality.
  • The service supports any file format.
