• Tariff plans of the “FOYDALI” and “FOYDALI+” series are available for new connections and existing individual subscribers as part of the promotion during the period from November 15, 2023 to January 15, 2024 year.
• In case of early termination of the contract, recalculation of the subscription fee for the “FOYDALI” and “FOYDALI+” tariff plans for unused months and days is not carried out.
• In case of a change tariff plan until the end of the current billing period, recalculation of the subscription fee for the “FOYDALI” and “FOYDALI+” tariff plans is not carried out.
• For subscribers on the “FOYDALI” and “FOYDALI+” tariff plans, activation of the additional service “Voluntary blocking” available only after the end of the current billing period.
• In case of a change of residence, the subscriber must notify the Company in advance to carry out work on transferring subscriber services.
• The specified speed is provided to subscribers connected using VDSL technology . The actual access speed may differ from the declared one, depending on the length of the subscriber line and the terminal equipment installed on the subscriber's side. The speed of data transfer to the subscriber (data download speed) is indicated.
• The actual speed of access over the data transmission network, including the Internet, depends on the equipment on the subscriber’s side, bandwidth limitations set by the owners of other networks and servers that are not related to JSC Uzbektelecom.

Terms of provision of OTT television services on the TELECOM TV portal:

• To view media content on the TELECOM TV portal, users need to download and install the TELECOM TV application on their device. The first authorization is carried out automatically when you launch the TELECOM TV application on a device connected to the home Internet network from Uzbektelecom JSC. In cases where the device is not connected to the home Internet network from Uzbektelecom JSC, authorization is carried out using the login and password of Internet services;
• OTT services are provided subject to the active status of Internet services.
• A detailed list of TV channels is published on the website https://telecomtv.uz, the number and list of TV channels may change.
• On the TELECOM TV platform, users are given the opportunity to watch TV channels from archived recordings, and the “rewind” function is also available.
• Within one subscription, you can use up to five devices to view media content.
• Tariffs do not include the cost of equipment (add-on).
• Users of the TELECOM TV platform may be provided with a subscription to other media content (movies, television series, music, etc.), payment for additional subscriptions is charged at separately approved rates, subject to the availability of funds in the personal account.

Terms of provision of the IP telephony service:

• There is no registration fee for the IP telephony service.
• Tariffs do not include the cost of subscriber equipment and consumables.
• Payment for the allocation of paid category numbers is charged according to separately approved tariffs.
• Subscription fee and unused minutes limit do not carry over to the next billing period.
• Within this tariff plan, you can only connect one phone number.
• Outgoing calls internationally are provided subject to availability of a prepayment in the amount of at least 3,000 soums on the personal account, calls are charged according to Price List 125-1/1.
• Payment for additional types of services, information and reference services, re-registration, number replacement and other services are charged according to Price list 125-1/7, payment for content services is charged at a separate cost.
• The IP telephony service is provided to subscribers connected using GPON and FTTB technologies, provided that the subscriber has the appropriate terminal equipment that supports this service .
• You can connect the IP telephony service at UZTELECOM sales and service offices.
• The IP telephony service is provided subject to the active status of Internet services.
• On unlimited IP telephony tariff plans have a technological limit on outgoing calls (including within the network) of 45,000 minutes per month. If this limit is exceeded, outgoing calls are charged at the rate of calls over the established limit, according to Price List 125-1/1.
• IP telephony service is provided with a positive balance. If a zero or negative balance is reached, this service will be disabled without prior notice until an advance payment is made.
