Starting from June 2, 2026, changes have been made to the terms of this tariff plan. More detailed information is available via the link. Internet, TAS-IX, and Uz-IX Access Speeds:
VDSL — the actual access speed may differ from the stated speed depending on the length of the subscriber line and the technical specifications of the terminal equipment. The maximum download speed is indicated. The upload speed may differ.
FTTB — the actual access speed may differ from the stated speed depending on the bandwidth of the equipment used to establish the connection (including operator and subscriber equipment), network port and interface speeds (100 Mbps, 1 Gbps and above), the type and category of the UTP cable used, and other technical factors. When using equipment or network interfaces with bandwidths of up to 100 Mbps, the achievable access speed may be limited by the technical characteristics of such equipment or interfaces.
GPON — the actual access speed may differ from the stated speed depending on the technical specifications of the equipment installed on the subscriber’s side, the parameters of the subscriber terminal, and other technical factors.
Wi-Fi — the actual Internet access speed when using a wireless connection may be lower than the stated speed depending on the Wi-Fi generation used (Wi-Fi 4/5/6), the frequency band used (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz), device compatibility, distance from the access point, the number of connected devices, the presence of walls and partitions, as well as electromagnetic interference.
For all technologies, the actual access speed may depend on the technical characteristics of subscriber equipment, connection parameters, the number of simultaneously operating devices, the condition of communication lines, and other technical factors. Speed may also be limited by the capacity of equipment and servers belonging to third-party operators and organizations not affiliated with JSC “Uzbektelecom”. For accurate speed assessment, it is recommended to perform measurements using a wired connection directly to the operator’s equipment.
The speed specified in the tariff plans is the maximum achievable speed and depends on the connection technology and compliance with the technical conditions for service provision.
Other terms and conditions for the provision and billing of Internet services under these tariff plans are specified in the Rules and Terms of Service Provision.
