Service name: “Always in Touch”
Service fee: UZS 4,900 for 7 days
Payment type: subscription with the option of partial payment
1. About the Service
The “Always in Touch” service allows mobile subscribers to receive information about calls made to them while their phone was switched off or outside the mobile network coverage area.
If the called subscriber (B) is unavailable, the system records the call attempt. Once subscriber (B) reconnects to the network, the system automatically initiates a short call lasting 0.3–0.5 seconds. The call appears on subscriber (B)’s phone as a regular missed call from the original caller (A).
This allows subscribers to stay informed about missed calls even when they were temporarily unavailable on the network.
2. Service Activation
The service can be activated using any of the following methods:
• dial the USSD command *9808# or *9808*1#;
• send any SMS message except STOP to the short number 9808;
• activate the service via https://doimaloqada.uz/ by entering the phone number and confirming the activation with an SMS code;
• via IVR — press 1 while listening to the service information.
Once the service is activated, the subscriber receives an SMS notification containing information about the service and instructions on how to deactivate it.
3. Service Fee and Payment Procedure
The service is provided for a period of 7 days. The full service fee is UZS 4,900.
If the subscriber’s balance is insufficient to charge the full amount of UZS 4,900 at once, the fee is charged in instalments:
• UZS 2,100 is charged — the service is provided for 3 days, leaving UZS 2,800 to be charged;
• when sufficient funds become available, another UZS 2,100 is charged — the service is provided for an additional 3 days, leaving UZS 700 to be charged;
• the remaining UZS 700 is then charged — the service is provided for an additional 1 day.
Therefore, the total fee for 7 days is:
UZS 2,100 + UZS 2,100 + UZS 700 = UZS 4,900.
If the subscriber tops up their balance after the first or second charge, the next instalment may be charged on the same day. The total fee for the 7-day service period will not exceed UZS 4,900.
If there are insufficient funds on the balance, the system will make further charging attempts in accordance with the service terms. The service will not be provided if doing so would result in a negative account balance.
At the end of the paid service period, the subscription is automatically renewed if sufficient funds are available. Charges are made in accordance with the procedure described above.
If the service is reactivated after being deactivated, the applicable service fee is charged during the day.
4. How the Service Works
While the subscription is active:
• calls received while the subscriber is unavailable on the network are recorded by the system;
• once the subscriber reconnects to the network, the system automatically initiates a short call;
• a missed call from the original caller’s number appears on the subscriber’s phone;
• the service operates automatically and requires no additional action from the subscriber.
5. Service Deactivation
The service can be deactivated using any of the following methods:
• send an SMS with STOP or STOP1 to the short number 9808;
• dial the USSD command *9808*0#;
• deactivate the service via https://doimaloqada.uz/.
After deactivation, the subscriber receives an SMS confirmation.
6. Service Management and Support
The service can be managed via USSD commands and SMS.
Information about service activation, payment charges and other service-related changes is provided via SMS notifications.

7. Interaction with the Voice Mail Service
If the Voice Mail and “Always in Touch” services are activated at the same time, priority is given to the “Always in Touch” service.
Therefore, subscribers are advised to deactivate the Voice Mail service before activating “Always in Touch” to ensure the selected service operates correctly.
When the “Missed Call / Online” and “Always in Touch” services are activated simultaneously, priority is given to the “Missed Call / Online” service.
Therefore, before activating the “Always in Touch” service, it is recommended to deactivate the “Missed Call / Online” service to ensure the proper functioning of the selected service.
