The “Restart” service allows individual subscribers to perform an early renewal of their tariff plan resources by forcibly initiating a new billing period.
1. General provisions and coverage area
Service coverage area: Republic of Uzbekistan, GSM network of JSC “Uzbektelecom”.
Service users: Individual subscribers served on tariff plans with a billing period not tied to the first day of the calendar month (according to the tariff plan conditions).
Activation condition: The service is available to subscribers in “Active” status.
2. Financial terms and procedure for resource accrual
Activation cost: 0 UZS.
Charging procedure: At the moment of service activation, the full nominal subscription fee according to the current tariff plan is debited from the subscriber’s personal account.
Resource allocation: Upon successful activation, resource packages (minutes, MB, SMS) are provided in the amount specified by the tariff plan. A new date for automatic subscription fee deduction is set from the moment the “Restart” service is confirmed.
3. Activation and control channels
USSD activation command: *555#
Alternative methods: Sales and service offices, MyUZTELECOM mobile application, as well as the company’s Call Center.
Checking balance and limits:
USSD requests: *100*2# or *107#
SMS request: send text 1002 to short number 9999.
4. Restrictions
Resource limitations: The “Restart” service does not apply to additional resource packages (SMS/MB/minutes) purchased separately from the tariff plan.
Cancellation: Upon activation of the service, unused remaining limits from the previous billing period are reset to zero.
5. Final provisions
