The limit of minutes/SMS in Uzbekistan
The technological limit is 45,000 minutes per month. After 45,000 minutes, all outgoing calls will be blocked.
The Telecom TV service includes "Barakali" subscription TV channels. The company reserves the right to make changes to the composition and number of TV channels.
It is possible to connect to this tariff plan (TP) and switch to other tariff plans at UZTELECOM sales and service offices, at dealer service points, as well as through the MyUZTELECOM mobile application.
The resources are available for use only if the personal account balance is positive.
The subscription fee is charged (hereinafter referred to as the AP) when the subscriber's status is active. If the subscriber is blocked due to insufficient funds in the account, the AP is not credited until the payment is made.
Within the framework of this TP, the start of the AP calculation is performed to the nearest second according to the calculation period of the AP for each subscriber individually, and not according to a single schedule. The time of writing off the AP within the TA is not fixed and depends on the time of providing access to services.
The billing period of the AP is 1 (one) month without reference to the first day of the calendar month, which is calculated from the date when the subscriber was granted access to the services. The settlement date is the starting point for accrual of AP for the billing period of the subscriber.
For example, if a subscriber has connected to the TP on the 10th, then the next monthly AP is debited on the 10th of the next month, provided that there are sufficient funds on the subscriber's personal account for the AP on the TP. If the subscriber connected on August 31, the next attempt to remove the AP will be initiated on September 30.
Limits are provided upon successful write-off of AP for TP and are available until the end of the current billing period, unspent limits for TP do not transfer to the next billing period.
Service and AP limits are not scaled.
For example: The subscriber connected to the UZTELECOM GSM network on January 30, an attempt to subsequently debit the AP will occur on February 28 or 29 (depending on the calendar year) and if at the end of the billing period the subscriber does not have enough funds to debit the AP, then the subscriber number is blocked. If the subscriber replenishes the balance after 5 or 10 days, the AP is debited from the subscriber account in full, and all service limits under the TP are provided in full for a period of one month until the subsequent write-off of the AP, while the date of writing off the monthly AP is shifted to the date of the last successful write-off of the AP.
When changing the current tariff plan to the TP of the Barakali Plus line, if the Room Rental service is connected, the charging period for the service will be aligned with the charging period for the subscription fee under the new tariff plan from the next cycle.
All calls are charged from the first second of the conversation and rounded up to a full minute.

The transition from TP "Barakali Plus" is available on tariff plans: "Aloqachi", "C1", "C2", "C3", "C4", "TA'LIM B2C", "MAKTAB", and within the tariff line "Barakali+".
The cost of switching within the tariff line is 0 soums.
The transition to the TP "Barakali Plus" is carried out according to the table by sending an SMS to the number 99880, through the USSD portal *111*1/2/3*11 # or in the sales and service offices of UZTELECOM, at the request of the subscriber or in the MyUZTELECOM mobile application.
Switching from tariff plans "VOLUNTEER", "Milliy", "Ishbilarmon", "Flash", "OnLime", "Street Upgrade", "Royal", "Flash Upgrade", "Aloqachi", "Yoshlar", "Oddiy 10", "Street", "C1", "C2", "C3", "C4", from tariff plans of the line "UNITS", "Bolajon", "TA'LIM B2C", "MAKTAB" and from other valid tariff plans to tariff plans "Barakali Plus" – 4,200 soums.
The transition from the tariff plans "Barakali", "Traffic", "E'zoz", "Constructor", "Step", "Salom", "Salom plus", "Komfort", "UzMobile 1200", "UzMobile 4000", "UzMobile VIP", "Ta'lim" is free.
When you connect the toll-free number attached to the TP "Barakali Plus 111", transfers to other tariff plans will be closed. To switch to another TP, the subscriber must pay at least 12 subscription fee cycles according to the tariff plan.
