Since June 7, 2026, changes have been made to the terms of this tariff plan, more detailed information can be found at the link.
Debit:
- when using Internet services, Internet traffic is charged according to the billing quantum of 16 KV - "Units" is charged proportionally (at the rate of 1 Units = 1 MB);
- when making a voice call, 1 unit "Units" is charged from the subscriber's resources, each call is rounded up to the nearest minute, upwards
- (1 "Units" = 1 min).
When all "Units" resources are used up, outgoing calls, SMS and Internet access are blocked. Access is restored:
- after payment of the subscription fee upon the settlement period;
- upon activation of the “RESTART” service (a subscription fee is charged, after the AP is removed, resources are provided according to the selected TP);
- switching to another tariff plan of the UNITS line and paying for the AP at the selected tariff.
Switching to the tariff plan of the UNITS line is free of charge.
The procedure for switching from the tariff plan "UNITS 4000" to other tariff plans - according to the terms of the tariff plan to which the transition is being made.
When switching from the tariff plan "UNITS 4000" to the tariff in the "UNITS" tariff line, the remaining resources ("Units") are stored according to their original validity period.
Starting March 1, 2022, Migration to the UNITS 4000 TP is unavailable.
The provided resources ("Units") when switching from the TP "UNITS 4000" to other tariff plans (with the exception of the "UNITS" tariff line) are not saved.
As part of the TP, the beginning of the calculation of the monthly fee is carried out with an accuracy of up to a second for the billing period from the moment the AP is withdrawn for each Subscriber individually, and not according to a single schedule.
Resources are provided upon successful write-off of the AP under the TP and are available until the end of the current billing period, unused limits on the TP are not transferred to the next billing period.
The following services are not available for this TP: "Best Exchange", "Help Out", "Voice Unlimited", "Night Calls", "Night Internet", "For Family" and "Favorite Numbers".
TP subscribers are not allowed to connect packages: "Internet packages", "Daily non-stop", "Daily Internet packages", "Internet non-stop", "Internet packages for TAS-IX", "SMS packages", " Minute packages”, “SMS for every day”, “International SMS packages”.
The following services are available on the TP: "Restart", "ZiyoNET" and "Quick Transfer". When switching to the TP of the "Units" line, the conditions and terms for the provision of the above services remain unchanged.
