A Mobile Reception was held for Residents and Entrepreneurs in Khatirchi

On August 18 of this year, a mobile reception for citizens and entrepreneurs was organized at School No. 58 in the "Langar" neighborhood of Khatirchi district, Navoiy region, on the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Technologies and the District Public Reception.
 

Representatives of JSC "Uzbektelecom" and its regional branch actively participated in the reception, where requests from physical and legal entities were reviewed. They examined a number of applications and suggestions raised by citizens regarding the quality of mobile communication and fixed broadband internet services, as well as internet tariffs.
 

While most of the requests were resolved positively on the spot, necessary explanations were provided for some of them. For issues requiring additional time for further inquiry, relevant tasks were assigned to the responsible officers.
 

At the end of the mobile reception, attendees were assured that industry-related appeals would not be overlooked, and were presented with commemorative gifts in honor of the 35th anniversary of Uzbekistan's independence.
