November 23–24, 2026 — Surkhandarya Region;
November 26–27, 2026 — Kashkadarya Region;
November 30 – December 1, 2026 — Republic of Karakalpakstan.
During these hours, a temporary reduction in service quality or brief interruptions to telecommunications and mobile services may occur.
