The Information Service of "Uzbektelecom" JSC continuously monitors and examines inquiries regarding the services provided by the Company through social networks and other open sources.

In particular, a citizen left an appeal in the "Potrebitel.uz" group on the Facebook social network concerning disruptions in the internet network.


It is reported that immediately upon identification, this appeal was forwarded by the Company's Information Service to the relevant division, whose specialists promptly took it under control.

The appeal has been forwarded to the specialized division for a positive resolution. Additional information will be provided regarding the results of the work carried out.
