Terms of service IP-telephony:

• Registration fee for the IP telephony service is not charged.
• Tariffs do not include the cost of subscriber equipment.
• Payment for the allocation of rooms of a paid category is charged at separately approved rates.
• The subscription fee and the unused limit of minutes do not transfer to the next billing period.
• Within the framework of this tariff plan, you can connect only one phone number.
• Outgoing calls at the international level are provided subject to the presence of a prepayment on the personal account in the amount of at least 3000 soums, calls are charged according to the Price List 125-1 / 1.
• Payment for additional types of services, information and reference services, reissuance, number change and other services is charged according to Price List 125-1 / 7, payment for content services is charged at a separate cost.
• The IP telephony service is provided to subscribers connected using GPON and FTTB technologies, provided that the subscriber has the appropriate terminal equipment that supports this service.
• You can activate the IP-telephony service at the UZTELECOM sales and service offices.
• The settlement date for payment for IP telephony services on these tariff plans is assigned individually for each subscriber without reference to the first day of the month, similar to Internet services.
• On unlimited IP telephony tariff plans, the technological limit for outgoing calls (including within the network) is 45,000 minutes per month. If this limit is exceeded, outgoing calls are charged according to the tariff as calls in excess of the established limit, according to Price List 125-1 / 1.
• The IP telephony service is provided with a positive balance. When reaching zero or negative balance
• this service will be disabled without prior notice until the prepayment is made
• The incoming and outgoing speed (download / upload) may differ from the declared one, depending on the configuration of the subscriber's equipment.
• Connecting or switching from other tariff plans is possible only in the sales and service office, subject to the availability of technical capabilities and appropriate subscriber equipment. The actual speed of access through the data transmission network, including the Internet, depends on the equipment on the subscriber's side, the bandwidth limitations set by the owners of other networks and servers not related to Uzbektelecom. When connecting to this tariff plan, one static IP address is provided without charging a one-time registration fee and monthly fee. The connection is made using the NetFlow protocol.
