Changes in the terms and conditions of Internet and IP-telephony services

Dear subscribers!

We would like to inform you about the forthcoming changes in the terms and conditions of broadband Internet access for individuals. The changes will come into effect from 15 May 2025.

As part of the updates, IP telephony service will no longer be included in the following tariff plans:

- HAMMASI BIRGA 1 / 2 / 3 / 3+mobile / 4 / 5

- YANGI 1 / 1+ / 2 / 2+ / 3 / 4 / 5 / 1000

- UNLIM 6 / 7 / 10 / 10 Premium / 20 / 20 Premium / 30 / 40 / 60 / 100 / 300 / 1000

Important:

- Starting from 15 May connection to IP-telephony service for new subscribers will be on a paid basis.

- For subscribers who have connected to IP-telephony before this date, the conditions will remain the same - without additional charge.

In addition, we would like to inform you that from 15 May ‘Optimal’ and ‘Unified Network’ tariff plans for wire and IP-telephony services will be closed for new connections for both individuals and legal entities.
