In connection with the publication regarding the financial obligations of Humans to JSC “Uzbektelecom,” we hereby state the following:

Since 2020, Humans, operating as an MVNO, has been receiving mobile infrastructure services from JSC “Uzbektelecom” under contractual terms designed to support the development of the MVNO model in Uzbekistan.

During the implementation of the contract, Humans allowed the accumulation of overdue payments for the services rendered, which led JSC “Uzbektelecom” to file a lawsuit to recover the outstanding debt.

On May 8 of this year, the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court fully satisfied the claims of JSC “Uzbektelecom.” The decision entered into legal force on June 8. The court ordered Humans to settle the debt for the services received.

JSC “Uzbektelecom” operates strictly in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, ensuring equal and non-discriminatory conditions for all partners. The company reserves the right to use all legal instruments available to protect its property interests and business reputation in cases of contractual violations or the dissemination of inaccurate information.

JSC “Uzbektelecom” reaffirms its readiness for constructive cooperation with market participants, including Humans, provided that they properly, fully, and timely fulfill their obligations under the concluded agreements.
