- The subscription fee is charged with the active status of the subscriber. If the subscriber is blocked due to insufficient funds on the account, the subscription fee is not charged until the payment is made.
- The subscription fee is charged on the first day of the new calendar month. If the subscriber's number at the beginning of the month was in the "blocked" status, the subscription fee for the new month is not charged. If the subscriber activates the service (by making a payment) during the reporting month, the subscription fee is charged from the activation date in proportion to the days remaining until the end of the month, included minutes, SMS and Internet traffic are also calculated based on the number of remaining days.
- All calls are charged from the first second of the call and are rounded up to a full minute.
- Outgoing international calls are charged at the rates for international calls.
- Services provided by content providers, such as voice infotainment and SMS services, are charged at a separate cost.
